What is wrong with my car at WOT?!?!

When I mash the gas on my car in 3rd it will downshift into 2nd and take off and then mid way through 2nd it will just become a whole new animal and pull about 3 times are hard as the initial pull. Could this happen since I dont have a hot wire kit? Am I running to lean? or rich? Could it be a bad MAF? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Your scan-tool or EGT should tell you that. You do have one of these don't you? If not, do not pass go until you have one!
