What is ANS?

Looked under the Hood of a GN for sale today and saw the letter "ANS" stamped on the head bolts. What does this mean? Are they just replacement bolts or upgraded heads?

They have a yellow GN on the above link. It used to be an 8-sec car, but I'm not sure if they still campaign it.
