Vin looks like it would be a turbo but dont know about the A in there

Looks like the "A" and the "7" are transposed. I'd buy 1G4GJ117AHP402508 before 1G4GJ11A7HP402508. The 7th from the right is a checksum and could be numeric or alpha...

Yep that's a VIN for a 231 NA Regal. I'm guessing some dumbbass retagged a wreck or stolen TR. Here's one I found on eBay a couple of days ago.
