what do you recommend?

i have a set of aluminum champions and the intake gasket doesnt fit. what kind of gasket are you guys with the champions using?

Try Fel-Pro 1200. When using Fel-Pro 1200, a stock PCV valve will usually suck oil because there is no valley pan. You can cut the port flanges off of a stock valley pan gasket and screw it (the valley pan) to the bottom of the manifold. Or use a breather system with breather tank/oil trap. Do a search on PCV systems.

I used a Felpro valley pan intake gasket...same as stock and it fit fine...what intake are you using?...I have a stock intake that was port matched to the GN1's by Champion...
