what can i do to my stock throttle body?

What can i do to my stock throttle body to run low 12s or high 11s? Can it be ported to 70mm? I want my motor to look as stock as possible. Also where can i get a 70mm TB blade? pretty much the question is, can i get my stock TB bored to 70mm?

Leave it alone?

The stock TB can be ported to 62 MM, give or take.

The stock TB isn't much of a restriction until you go very fast, considering it operates at 25 PSI ABOVE atmospheric pressure on a track blast.

Spend your hard earned $$$ elsewhere...

Jay Jackson used to port them out to 62mm, now Steve is doing them as Jay can't do them any longer. Info on his mod

Probably doesn't help much until down in the deep 11's, and is an inexpensive mod to help get you there compared to getting a huge TB that isn't needed.
