Weatherstriping Kits

Hey guys car is in the shop, in need of a whole kit for the roof rails doors and trunk (Hardtop car)

I have seen a lot of them online with various pricing need info on a good kit or ones to stay away from,

Do a search of the general forum, youll get countless threads about this topic

I'm not trying to be a jerk, but if you don't have a serious response to the thread you really shouldn't post. Now when I actually use the search function all I come up with is a bunch of threads that say "herp a derp just search for it." and I'm sure you understand just how useless that is.

Yes he should have searched, but arbitrary responses like that just make things worse.

I wasn't trying to be a Dick and doing a search is how I found the weather stripping for my project. Actually the search feature has found me plenty of answers. I gave a very nice answer compared to most other people on here.
 
After much trouble with weatherstrip, I finally found either factory GM replacement of the "new" brand from G-Body Parts are the only brands I have not had to rip out and trash. :)

Brian told me a few months ago he had a new supplier [forgot the name?] which has a product very similar to the GM pieces. Sure enough, at less than 1/2 the price of original weatherstrip, it has been excellent with the cars I have done using it. :cool:
