am i supposed to have voltgage at the wastegate solinoid? boost controler not working,but has voltage 12volts then as you turn turbo controler up for more boost the voltage goes down to around 8.5 volts is this correct? if it is i need a new ans boost solinoid.testing voltgage at the wastegate solinoid wiring.
