any suggestions on the best way to track down a vacuum leak? Can't get my iac numbers below 80 and my fuel pressure doesn't change a bit when vacuum line is connected to it or not. So I am guessing I have one.

I would just start checking all the vacuum lines. One at a time and see if any are cracked or not on right. Good luck!

That hard plastic vacuum line that is behind the manifold going to the heater valve would be my first suspect if you can't hear the hissing.

If there's suction on the hose for the FPR and you don't see a drop in pressure you have a fuel system problem. If there's no suction at idle I'd be checking the soft hoses on both side of that hard line.
