Turbo

First please understand my lack of knowledge about turbos.

Having said that. Was wondering. If you have a really good,

Stock turbo. And want to upgrade, a turbo.

Would, it be cheaper to have one made? Or buy one already done.

I would buy one already done, and keep the stock one as a spare.

Compared to many other cars, turbos are not that expensive on our cars, and plenty of vendors carry most of the popular upgrade models in stock. Many people have run the stock turbo over 100k miles with no problems. If you ever decide to sell your car, you can always put the original one back in, and sell the newer one on E-bay, or put it on another car.
