Turbo Buick warning decal

I have someplace (no idea where) an decal with a Turbo 6 on it that someone made up for me (aftermarket) that I have seen on ebay for other cars about acceleration. Anyone have any clue what I am talking about and do you have a picture of the one I am talking about
