Trouble with android app?

Hi, not sure where to post this , I got a new Samsung note2 , ( I know there is a 3 now). My problem is when I try to respond on the Samsung using the turbo Buick app, I have no way to respond reply . But on my iPhone 4s
It works perfect. Any ideas? Should I reload the app?

I think I got this version from a post here somewhere. I'll see if I can find it and post up a link.
I had an earlier version but it started having probs so I think I searched and came up with this version

Well that links works better than the other one , with this one , I can go to quote and it let's me write but when I go to post it reads " you do not have permission to view this page or perform this action, Thanks for searching Texas t , I will have to email a administrator and find out what to do
