Tranny Pulled-Any Recommended QC Checks While its Out?

I pulled my tranny this week. Are there any recommendations for different things to check on the car while it's out?

Also, I've had a nagging vibration coming from the engine compartmnet that gets worse when the air conditioner is turned on. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this vibration (metal to metal)? Thanks.

Why did you pull it?

maybe teh belt is stretched or too big. The Compressor mounting bolts could be loose. I have also seen teh threaded spot weld portions on teh assc bracket break
