V V6gofast Member Joined May 27, 2005 Sep 7, 2007 #2 Torque Scot, The ARP catolog calls for 80# w/30 weight oil . It makes no difference what type of heads you have although if the block is freshly machined you might want to ask the shop what torque specs they used , it does make a difference.
