My 3021 HF LU will stall 3250. It also has less slip than all other lock-ups used in turbo Buicks with similar stall. New technology makes for a very efficient converter unlike the 25 year old technology used in other lock-up converters.. New impeller design makes for a very efficient converter that will couple on the big end and allow more slip on the low end. Contact me for more info.
