Thoughts on state of Tune & log files?

I'm very pleased how well my car is running since I put the new Street 93 TurboTweak chip in! I also just finished spring cleaning... The only open item I know of at the moment is the cracked driver header needing a weld.
My setup is in signature (think cutting edge circa 2001).

Boost built quickly and held rock solid @ 19psi during my WOT test runs tonight. I never saw any knock on the Turbometer Pro log files or the Casper gauge. O2 #'s look good with no sign of leaning out.
I know a Powerlogger would be better, but it's just not in the budget at the moment.

I'm wondering why my Voltage is so low.... I'll check all grounds tomorrow. Coolant reading is bogus, so please ignore.

Should I keep turning up the boost and adding a bit of fuel until I get some knock? 19psi seems awful high to me for a stock longblock (with fresh valve springs) on 93.
* What is the max boost you guys would expect for my combo on 93 octane?
* How much extra % of WOT to add for every additional 1psi of boost? (any rule of thumb?)

The only thing that jumps out at me is your coolant temp is WAY too high. Check the sensor.

And like you said, your voltage is pretty low.

TPS is a little lower than it should be.

760 o2 count is a little leaner than I personally like to run but you're probably fine on that.

Yeah.... probably right on the edge... so perfect! Doubt you are going to be able to run much more boost w/o detonation, but will definitely need to add fuel as you add boost. TPS is fine there. Volts are pretty typical. Mine dips into the 12's most of the time too. These cars suck alot of juice at full boogie... Numbers look great...

Thanks for the feedback...

Let's say I leave the boost where it is @ 19psi. If I'm getting absolutely no knock now, what would happen if I raised timing a degree or two? (Better spool, snappier throttle response?)

Would that change O2 readings, and also require more fuel?
How much could I expect to push the envelope with timing?

The TT chip is labeled as 17-18psi, 20/18 deg.

what version of turbometer do you have? and was that coolant reading close to correct ? I had read that turbometer had an issue interpreting the coolant signal and would show the temps way off.
