Had one of my suppliers ship something from FL to one of my customers in Brooklyn NY. Sent by Priority Mail. This package sure traveled some miles. Ended up shipping out another item to the customer as it didn't look like this would EVER be delivered.

Did a lot of bouncing around in NY! Only one day to get to NY though.:wtf:

Here's one for you. The zip code on my receipt and the hand written sticker on the box was 92410. Somehow it went to 92401. It says it was delivered. It's not at the address I sent it to though. There are about 25 suites at that address! Usps f's up a lot. Then they jerk you around when you try and locate your missing stuff.

I got lucky. I got someone useful on the phone and he found out who scanned the package and called them directly. About an hr later he called back letting me know it was delivered to the correct address. I'll be sure to write a letter letting the usps know they have a valuable employee that promptly took care of a package that was delivered to the wrong address.

Bison, you sent me a coolant overflow twice and it clearly had my address on it. Fed ex delivered it to the same wrong address twice on the other side of my town. The seond time the lady who got it called me and I drove over to pick it up. Her address wasnt even close to mine. Never did figure that one out.

I ordered an item off ebay on Monday 31 March and it turned out to be in a town 16 miles from me. The item was taken 40 miles in the opposite direction by USPS and has been there since. The est delivery was Wed - Fri so maybe i will get it tomorrow. 4 days to deliver from 16 miles away
,that has to be some kind of record LOL.

Well it's now Fri the 4th and the mailman just ran and still no package. USPS wins handsdown as the worst carrier anyone could ship with, what a bunch of knuckleheads!

This is going to be the last time i deal with USPS delivering a package to me. The next time i order something I'm first going to contact the seller and ask how they ship and if they say USPS i will not buy from them.

I remember that 3 or 4 years ago. It actually came back to me once to my old address! Not the return address on the package so I received a call from the new owner that they had it. Both times the lady called me. The second time she said she was going to call you and you finally got it.

I always try to acknowledge those doing a good job, takes a few minutes and it's a classy move.

And USPS wonders why they are going broke. Every 3rd time I get something from them, the package is damaged along with the item. I had a friend waterjet me some brackets for my C5/6 calipers to adapter to the blazer spindle, 3 pairs for 3 different size rotors with hub shims. When it arrived, the packed was ripped open open and rolled in a ball, with ONE bracket in there with the shims. The other 5 pieces were long gone.

I hate USPS.

At this point USPS 's poor service is plainly known, I dont understand why people still ship with them. Cheaper i guess...just not worth it to me.

I have to say I'm very lucky I sent stuff every week USPS and no problems plus great prices specially there flat rate system which I think is a great deal.
