TH350 Trans problems

Welll i guess i can call it that.

First the trans

1977 BOP 350 turbo

Alto clutches and kevlar band

all hub/internal seals new.

extra clutch added to each drum

clutch clearances set to (.018) (Gm manual showed spec .011-.082)

B&M shift improver kit

mid 70's camaro valvebody


Now the problem

I have all gears except low or 1st

No automatic feature in Drive

will not down shift on its own upshifts from 2-3 fine good and firm.
