I am thinking about going to a TE60.

I have 43# inj do I need bigger?

Will a 2800 stall be ok.

Thanks for your input

With a .63 AR exhaust housing it should work well. Or you could go with the slightly larger TE61, which is what I just put on and it rocks on the street with my 2700 stall convertor, almost as fast as the stocker on spoolup and I can build 10-12# boost with just the brakes, although at the track its hard to get a full 12# before the lights green, 10# is about right when the light turns. Boost comes on quick and spins the ET Streets at about 20mph at only 10-15 ft into the run, best 60' was 1.74. Also depends what type of exhaust wheel is on the other side of the T61 compressor. I've got an experimental T3-31 that I think works awesome, but I haven't had any direct experience with the others, besides the GT35 and that one did not work with a T60 compressor side..

You should be fine with the TE-60 & the rest of your combo. My setup is real close & is good for a best of 7.47, 97mph in th 1/8th. I would probly want more inj. if I ran 1/4 mi. & really was pushing it tho.

I started out with 2800-D5 than went to 10"-3400 Pats. 60ft went from 2.15 to 1.75 no other changes.

Higher stall will make your car happier:)
