In this thread I was asking about the benefits of a roller cam vs. a flat tappet.
Yesterday I met up with Dan Smith and sealed the deal. He's got a deposit on a forged, girdled, 212* roller cammed shortblock that'll be done around mid-November. On it will go my ported irons (227/184) and intake.
Dan recommended the 212 based on my goals for the car.
It's time to go faster.
