Stop leak tablets part #

Does anyone have the part# for the GM Stop Leak tablets handy? I can't seem to find where I had wrote it down. I went to the dealership today and my friend there gave me some tablets for the cooling system, but they are not the right ones. Now he wants the # so he can get me some.

Try GM #3634621. Should be a package of 6 tablets.

Thanks James. That's what the guy gave me today. I could have swore the last time I got some(long time now) they were in a pack of 2 and were greyish in color. These are brown. Maybe they changed them.

It's possible. This package is no more than two years old and has the new GM blue packaging. They seem to work for small leaks. I try to bust the tabs into smaller chunks when I put 'em in.
