R robztheman Member Joined Apr 21, 2008 Oct 15, 2009 #2 I had the same problem. took a screw driver to lift the cassette. while lifting take some needle nose pliers to remove the cassette. I have a Ipod with a fm transmitter now.

D dg87gn New Member Joined Aug 27, 2009 Oct 15, 2009 #3 Had the same problem, pliers, small screwdriver and and an extra set of hands. Changed it to an Alpine Stereo with 6 disc changer.
