Sticking wastegate puck

I have a Terry Huston down pipe and am having a big problem with the wastegate sticking espcially when it gets hot. Anyone else have this problem and what have you guys done to fix this.

I've heard of this problem with the older, steel TH dp's. I haven't heard of this problem with the newer dp's since Terry came out with the stainless.
I would give Terry a call, I found him to be verry helpful & he answers his voice mail quickly.

No Comment other than try taking it apart and filing the edges round and getting any carbon off.
