Obviously I needed to change the thread heading to get a reply.
1. Did any 81-87 Regal come with a stick, and if so, which one?
2. Did any 81-87 Regal other than a turbo come with the "turbo" hood?

No you didn't need to change to post to get a reply, some times we are a little slow on replying to some posts.

The 82 GN is the only onw that I know of that could come with or without the turbo and still have the turbo hood. GOOD luck finding one of those hoods, They only made about 215 of them. Better to buy a used one from a member/vendor here or go look in junk yards.

I don't think that any 81-87 regal was manual, all where auto's

if you want maulal trans stuff yo need to hunt down some 78-82 malibu's elcamino's or monte carlo's.

i have gotten two sets of pedals and linkages out of them cars

Actually even the 82 GN's only had the turbo hood if they were turbo'd, however in 87 some t's were ordered with hood but no turbo underneath. You can get a turbo hood through poston or other such sources though. The manual tranny's were never put into the 81-87 cars however. Last year of a manual in a regal I believe was 78.
