Smog Dyno on Carlsbad Streets... (Smog Nazis)

Carlsbad friends, Be careful driving on College the CHP has set up a smog dyno on the side of the road by Carlsbad Village Drive. I am getting really sick of California and how they go after normal people like we are the criminals. With the money they waste implying we are criminals they could do a community outreach program and help at risk children or the thousands of homeless veterans we have in San Diego County. Heck I know I am out on a limb here but they could work on keeping criminals from coming across the boarder too. Well I can dream can't I? BTW I just spent $600 making my car blow cleaner than it had to in 1986 due to our stupid laws.
