Shrader valve/ FP gauge question.

My question is: Does the shrader valve need to be removed in order to install the FP gauge?

Mine is a Kenne Bell hood mounted, begging to be installed...and since I'm putting in my MSD 50's I figured why not get it all out of the way at once.

Thanks in advance,
Erik

Either have to remove the needle in the valve or take it out totally and just screw a fitting into the rail itself.

With my KB hood mounted guage the fuel line is connected to the fuel rail on the passenger side via a special adapter...

I don't have a special adapter with mine. That's how Turbo GN's set up is too. If someone could tell me the required adapter/fitting...I might be able to utilize all six feet of that braided stainless hose by hooking it up on the passenger's side.

Check with Kirbans or Postons for the adapter fitting.

That assumes the hose is an AN type fitting.
