shift kit?? which one??

Hi all. I finally decided, its time for a shift kit. Any kits that you would recommend?? Or, any you would absoutely not use??

No problems with my 10 year old Art Carr kit. Shifts hard from 1-2.
Although my transmission knowledge is about 2 out of 100!!
Just seems like a good kit in my experience!!

Over the past five years I've tried most kits on the market, including Art Carr, and found the one produced by PTS to be the simpliest to install and it workd the best of any I have tried and removed--its also totally reversible if you do not like it.

how much stress, if any, does it put on the tranny?
