ive noticed while driving day or night the light comes on then goes back off randomly i checked plugs fuses and some of the wiring but i cant figure out how to make it stop without pulling fuses

It could be a bad switch in the seat belt buckle, or the chime module is bad. There is a switch in the seat belt end that is next to the console. Inserting the tongue from the lap/should portion opens the switch. Otherwise the signal to the chime module is grounded.

The module then drives the seat belt light on the cluster. I'd be tempted to just remove the bulb.
