B BIGPSI Member Joined May 28, 2005 Jun 30, 2012 #1 bought a used powerlogger at norwalk,installed the unopened chip in my scanmaster and it still reads 2.1 . shouldn't this read 2.2 when updated? the chip was still in original unopened package.
