Scanmaster numbers

After a long winter storage and working on rebuilding the steering column and alot of other small shit thats annoying, i fiannly start to focus on fine tunning the engine again so i took some scan master numbers, be it i dont know what half of these mean, so im gonna post them and if something looks off please guide me in the right direction on how to fix it. thanks again BIGJOE

Rpms (the r value) looks high. Should be about 850.

BLMs look low but not terrible. Should be 128 +/- 10. Does exhaust smell rich? I think low blms indicate that the ECM is pulling fuel out. I could be wrong.

IAC looks low. A vac leak could be adding idle air, thus the IAC is closing down...

hmmm thanks guys i was focusing on getting the negine running smooth when the breaks just decided to take a shit, lol now gotta replace the brake engine pump. *sigh* lol ordered all new sensors included a new iac sensor, couldnt find any vacuum leaks. but ill keep looking. thanks again guys
