roller cam button...napa part #? and valve spring question

I'm buying a Edelbrock dbl roller timing chain...I need a roller style cam button...can't find one local...has anyone got one at Napa and do you know the part #?
Also, I read in a post where a guy said you needed stronger valve springs if you ran a double roller...I haven't heard that here...I can understand why you would need a double roller if you had stonger valve springs...but not vice versa.

Pretty sure the cam button # is 9-5189 at NAPA. Frank
