Ring gap????

Looking for advice as I am not a professional engine builder but knowlegable enough to assemble one. What I have is a 109 block 3.836 finish bore set up for TSM, I will be running 30 plus lbs of boost and when I measurd the gap on the old rings the top rings were between 32 and 36 thousands and the middle rings was tighter between 24 and 28 thousands. Looking for any help and advice as I have had many different opinions from various people.

I believe the gap for top ring should be between .016-.018 and the second ring should be .014
