Removal of rear seat panels

Can anyone tell me how to remove the panels to the left and right of the rear seat? I want to replace the carpeted part with the engraved panels that we offer and I have never done it myself! Can anyone clue me in? Thanks!

Pull the rear seats, remove trim around them, remove screws at the back of the panel (covered by rear seat) they just about fall out then. You won't have to pull them out of the car. The inserts slide in from the top.
