Ok the question is can you convert a regular regal 200r4 to the turbo version? And if so would it be worth it when it comes to money? Thanks

Ok,what I did was get a regal 200r4 an bought a kit fr eat my shift.com rated for up to 500hp an the GN an put it all in there.I didn't wanna mess with my GN trans because the kit comes with upgraded servo plates, shift kit, selonoid, bands, gasket everything to rebuild the trans,I have it in my GN now holds boost burns the tires right off an drives nice an the shifting is right. An I only paid 4hun for the kit also backed with a 2800-3200 stall torque.balls to the wall

2nd place is 1st place loser!

Yes it will be behind a turbo motor.
The only difference between a standard 200-4R trans and a turbo trans is the valvebody and associated wiring, intermediated servo, governor, spacer plate, and the number of return springs on the direct clutch. It's an easy upgrade and shouldn't be that expensive. I'm assuming the car has 3.42 gears.
