It can be sold with these painted steel bumpers... unfortunately, the wheels can not go. Pictured with Centerline Champ 800's, 17x8 - 4.5 bs, 17x9.5 - 5 bs, 1/2 wheel spacer up front, 1/4 wheel spacer in the rear.

How hard and how much would it cost to get into the states?

I will be covering the costs to import into the USA.... about $350 out of my pocket to have the paperwork drafted and let the US border know I'd be crossing with the car.
