Got a new set of Metco lower arms today. I'm gonna attempt to put them on tomorrow.

Are there any tips or important things to check while I'm under there?

Here are the instructions, edited for length:

Support rear of car with stands ahead of front mounting hole.
Removing wheels/tires is recommended for access.
Place jack under rear end. Raise to half travel.
Remove Swaybar bolts from one side.
Remove bolts that secure control arm. (remove/replace one side at a time)
Snug bolts,do not tighten at this time.

Once both arms are installed, jack up rear so that all weight is on suspension.
Torque to 75lbs.

Grease with Teflon poly lube or chassis grease. (I have Red-n-Tacky Lucas)

Thanks!

Sometimes if your installing with new heavier duty hardware you may have to rheem the control arm brackets on the frame a little!!

I just did the install today, never again lol... Every bolt was rusted so bad and took hours and i went in thinking it wouldn't be that bad.

Follow the instructions and only remove or replace one control arm at a time ! It sure makes things easier to line up only doing one at a time.
