I found this kit for cheap. It says it won't fit, worth a shot?

The kit looks decent, if you happen to have a need for it.

No problem. I remembered reading those threads so it didn't take long to find them.

I installed the SSBC (Stainless Steel Brake company) kit in the early '90's.

It has some quirks, but seems to work well.

They use 1990 F**d thunderbird super coupe calipers and 1986 Corvette front vented rotors turned down to 11.1" Dia. (Their current ad says 11.25" Dia.)

I'm going to mod the bracket to use an off the shelf rotor at 11.5" dia. and probably C-clip eliminators.
