Rear Disk Brakes with C-Clip Eliminators?

I am planing to change my brake system to Bear 12 in front and some disk brakes on the back.I was wondering is it still posible to put rear disk brakes on if you have c clip eliminators and strange 30spline axles.Anyone do this already?
