I'm taking a complete guess here, but I am going to say M10x1.5. Like I said a complete guess but its probably enough to get you in the ballpark. Not sure about length maybe 20mm?
There is no such thing. Grade 8 will yield a lot more before it fails. If you have poor luck with stainless install stainless thread inserts in all the areas you will be threading stainless bolts on and you wont have problems with them.
