qwik 200/700 question

I have access to a built 700r4 for next to nothing. Seller is a friend that I trust, so quality isn't a concern. My 200 is HURTING. I can spring for a rebuild, but if I can get out without dropping $1200 it would be much better. Roughly how much will I have to spring for in extras if I go with the 700? I figure I'll need some sort of adapters and random hardware type stuff, but what else? Anyone who has done this swap that could lend some advice would be greatly appreciated. drive shaft must be shortened 3 inches, new convertor, move transcross member and buy the BOP to Chevy adapter plates.
You will still be spending a good chunk of change.
Rebuild your 200.
