Street driven as in daily driver or street able???
The fastest is Matt Hoover 9.89@137mph

Yeah Im pretty sure it is.

"Streetable" is relative but IMO that truck is pretty docile except for the lack of OD. So IMO its pretty streetable and the only reason I wouldnt want to drive it cross country it would cost a fortune due to the lack of OD.

A nice 4L80E would fix that minor issue though

There is another AWD Syclone that has run 9.5X at Bandimere (5800 ft.) but it has a twin turbo small block in it. Carb setup.

When it moved to Boise, ID it put down 829hp to rear wheels with 12psi.

there are alot of other trucks lurking around that will be breaking single digits as well.
