Pump and motor assembly help needed

I am taking in a GN on trade with 1k original miles. I was told the pump and motor assembly for the power master is frozen.

Where can I find one of these ?

Have you verified this, or could it be something as simple as a blown fuse?

It may be cheaper and safer in the long run to convert over to a vacuum brake setup.
