Pull motor to change head gaskets?

So, you've never pulled the motor for head gaskets.
Therefor you can't comment on which is better?

I have changed my share on my car. First time I changed them in the car, what a pain in the ass!!! The last three I have pulled the motor. WAY easier to pull the motor if you own a hoist and a stand. If you don't own one I highly suggest getting them as they can be purchased for under $200.00. I had the motor on the stand, accessories pulled, intake and heads off in just over 3 hours. I will never lean over the fenders to do head gaskets for 10 hours again, that's just stupid in my opinion. My car still has AC and I have a FMIC so there is plenty of room to pull the motor.
