Power Steering Pump???

Does anyone know where to find a power steering rebuild kit for an '87 GN? Also, is the power steering unit unique to the GN's or are they standard buick regal units?

Not the same as regular Regals. Reverse rotation, look for a R stamped on the back plate if you get a replacment. Going thru the same thing myself for the 2nd time in a year. Getting another replacement and going to rebuild one of them for a spare.

thank you for telling me there reverse rotation.

i wondered why they kept dying after a few minutes. silly hybriders and there swapping junk around.

Mark thanks for the tip on the reverse rotation. Almost grabbed one from a local salvage yard off a base regal.
