Power antenna and trunk opener

My power antenna is stuck in the up position and my trunk opener won't work anymore. My cig lighter and radio is working even though i read that the lighter is on same relay. Do you all think its the relay? If so where exactly is the relay located? Any pics out there of location? I checked radio ang cig fuse. Both good.

The antenna has a relay, that is on the right side of glove compartment if you open the door all the way and reach your hand up to the right. Ibelieve it has a pink, orange, grey white and green wire going to it. There's lots of threads about checking it.

Most likely a broken cable in the antenna, that's the most common failure mode.

Great thread to find, I didn't know this was an auto antenna, mine has been stuck up for years apparently as the car cover I got has a tear for it

Sounds like its safe to assume it is long past being saved (seized, bent a little now, obviously stuck somehow) and just replace it?

Radio also does not work but haven't begun to look at that as of yet. Thanks!

EDIT: Wow, for $200 I think I will find a better stubby/flat antenna and make it smooth or capped nicely, barely going to use it as is.
