trying to get the laptop to communicate with the car won't connect, installed new drivers, i get the attached pic when I try to connect, at witts end with this pos is there anyone in the Houston area that could help with this nightmare?

windows 7 plc is only couple weeks old

that helped and so did installing another driver and finding the correct comm port would not find it on auto what a/f ratio should it idle at mine wont come off of 17.9 and idles rough thanks for you help
