Do you have the fuel and octane to support that level of boost?

Step #1. Turn the boost down a bunch. 25psi is too high of boost to be blindly diagnosing an issue. You've got a lot more leeway under 20psi for problems.

At 25 pounds you can blow a head gasket or worse within 2 seconds.

If it was ok at lower boost and you have enough octane if look at the ignition.
