A few weeks ago, I bought a set of door foam seals from Tamraz's Auto Discount on e-bay. They must have been made in Iran or some other great nation. Lousy fit match up and general crappy quality. After several e-mails the guy agreed to a refund less the shipping. I sent them back USPS with delivery confirmation. He got them on the 14th and I had to call and remind him to give me back my money. Today, I got a Paypal confirmation of a partial refund and he shorted me $ 15.81. Tried calling him and sending e-mails, no response. Had to resort to filing a dispute with Paypal for the difference. I agree, there really is NO money to speak of here, but pure principle. If this happened to a hundred people and they all said, "it's not much money, why bother"? Well then, guys like this can sit back and laugh at everybody.
