Please help ARP 223-4202 studs

I tried to order some ARP studs for my stock 109 block and heads and recieved stage 2's instead. I'm trying to sell them but want to be accurate in thier application. I've read conflicting information or they have multiple applications. I know nothing of stage 2. Any input is greatly appreciated.
