Playing with the Stageright wanted to know

I got the tranny working just fine with it now and all the shifter parts too...
Well I wanted to play with it but every time I try to bulid boost I cant ...No spooling anything...what should I try...timing pulling fuel...

Also what #'s should I be looking at spark deg, Anyideas or help well would be a huge help...
