Personal best but trapping well into 4th gear : ADVICE appreciated

Looking for advice on possible issues causing me to run the 1/4 in 4th gear.
Im thinking maybe tire,converter,trans, so i posted the thread in the trans section but any input on times and combo or things that would help are welcome , as well as critiques welcome
